- Co-Founder of Major Music location #3, Snellville GA. Store sales for 1993 were $480K. I co-financed a 3300 square ft. location and managed total store operations from marketing, accounting, corporate buying, merchandising, leasing, and staffing, etc.
- The Gentry Shop, Snellville GA. Store sales for 1993 were $330K. As a shareholder I was responsible for integrating and utilizing database-selling techniques that increased annual sales by 22% through implementation of a DBII product that incorporated customer vitals, visits, sizes, and family preferences into a system that personally marketed to the customer. (Early CRM!) I authored the corporate sales training manual, new employee orientation, and benefits guides, coordinated staffing, training, corporate buying, and merchandising.
- ReMax Preferred, Loganville GA. Six-month consulting engagement that generated $4M+ sales in one quarter. Contracted to design, implement, and manage the corporate LAN for two locations. Developed a subdivision reporting system in Lotus 123 to track new home sales status including lot closure, home completion tracking, mortgage financing, closing, customer satisfaction, and create resale opportunities.
